Step 0: After shampooing, with towel-dried or damp hair, part your hair to reveal as much scalp as possible in thinning areas — think of it as the reverse of a comb-over
Step 1: Place the device your head
Step 2: Press the button to turn it on
Step 3: The device will automatically turn off after 20 minutes
Step 4: Place it back on the charging cord until the next treatment
Step 5: Use 4 times a week, 20 minutes per treatment
Step 6: After treatment, apply your hair tonic spray or serum as usual

Yes. In 2016, Theradome conducted a clinical trial on laser phototherapy for male androgenetic alopecia (male pattern baldness). (a) Study design: randomised, double-blind, sham device-controlled and multicentre. (b) Key findings: compared with a sham device, Theradome EVO LH40 users saw reduced hair loss and increases in hair count and thickness. Results vary from person to person.
