Booster products are suitable for men and women unless it is stated otherwise.

We are exploring a solution for anti-hair greying which is suitable for men and women.

How do I terminate the subscription?

Please visit our website and login with your account credentials. Navigate to the ‘Subscriptions’ section and do the termination there.

I am a subscriber and I have too many of one product. What can I do?

Suspend your subscription. Do a one-off purchase to stock up on other products and waive your delivery fee if you spend $60 and more!

I don’t see results after 3 months of continued usage. What should I do?

Restoring healthy hair growth and reducing hair loss requires resolve and patience. Typically, it takes around 3 months to observe a noticeable change but results can vary among individuals.

How does Raise Hair Fall Control Solution work?

Our comprehensive 3-step Hair Fall Control solution consists of 3 products: Raise Hair Fall Control Shampoo and Raise Hair Fall Control Tonic are topical applications, while Raise Hair Health Supplement works from inside out.

All three products work together to tackle common hair loss causes such as scalp issues, inadequate blood circulation, DHT-related conditions, and nutrient deficiencies.

In addition, Raise products are safe to use! Our shampoo and hair tonic are free of harsh chemicals such as sulfates, parabens, and phthalates, and our supplements do not contain preservatives.

Are your products safe to use or consume?

Yes, our products are safe to use or consume. Our Hair Fall Control Shampoo and Tonic contain no Sulfate, Paraben, or Phthalate, and our Hair Health Supplement is preservative-free.

We make our quality products in GMP, HACCP, and ISO certified facilities with ingredients from reliable sources. We and our partners adhere to strict quality and safety standards and meet all relevant regulations and requirements.

Do vitamins help combat hair loss?

Vitamins promote hair growth and prevent nutritional deficiencies, but may not affect hair loss from genetic, hormonal, or medical factors. E.g. Vitamin B produces keratin, a hair protein, and improves blood and oxygen supply to the scalp and follicles. Vitamin E protects hair from damage and stress, and boosts blood and scalp health.

Hence, we formulate our Hair Health Supplements so that they are loaded with powerful vitamins to help combat hair loss.

What are Boosters? What do these products do?

Boosters are innovative products that are complementary to our Raise solutions, e.g. Hair Fall Control Solution. Our first pair of booster products - Raise Filtered Showerhead and Raise Hair Growth Boost Scalp Roller - can be used synergistically to improve the effectiveness of our Hair Fall Control Solution.

How can I access my account?

How do I change the email address linked to my account?

Please write to us at service@raisewell.com.sg with the email address you would like it changed to, and we will do it for you as soon as possible.

PAYMENT

What are the available payment options?

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, PayNow.

Does Raise store my credit card information?

We do not store your credit card information. We use Shopify Payments to process card payments, and your card data is securely stored on Shopify’s PCI compliant servers.

My card was declined / card payment was unsuccessful. What can I do?

Please check with your card provider since the payment was blocked for some reason. Alternatively, you may use PayNow to make the payment.

DELIVERY

How much is the delivery cost?

Delivery fee is SGD 5 for any order under SGD 60 in value. Delivery is free for any order exceeding SGD 60 in value.

When I can expect to receive the products after making the payment?

When your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to get it processed, packaged, and ready to ship. Once we ship it, packages usually take 2-5 business days to arrive. For preorders, we aim to ship it within 30 days when the preorder is placed, and will notify you accordingly there is any delay.

ORDERS

How do I track my order?

We will send you a tracking link via email. You can also track your order progress on our website's tracking page.

I do not see my updated tracking information? What should I do?

Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update in our system. If it has been more than 48 hours and your order shows no movement, please email us at service@raisewell.com.sg.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us directly at service@raisewell.com.sg, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Orders generally start processing within 12 hours, so we may be unable to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. However, we will do our best to assist you.

I just realized that I provided the wrong shipping address, what can I do?

Please email us immediately at service@raisewell.com.sg requesting that your shipping address be updated. Please include the correct shipping address in your email, and we will update your order for you if possible.

I did not receive any email confirmation after I placed an order. What happened?

Please check your spam folder just in case. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please contact us directly at service@raisewell.com.sg and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

GIFT CARD

I purchased a Gift Card but I did not receive it?

Can I top up my Gift Card balance?

Top ups are not currently supported. You can view your Gift Card balance on the Gift Card page.

Can I use my Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card?

No, you cannot use a Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card.

Can a Gift Card be used to pay for an order that includes a subscription?

No, you cannot use your Gift Card to pay for recurring subscriptions.

Can I use more than one Gift Card in a purchase?

Yes, you can redeem another Gift Card during checkout.

Can I use my Gift Card balance together with other payment methods?

Yes, in case your Gift Card balance is insufficient, you can use other payment methods to cover the remaining amount

What is the expiry of the Gift Card?

Gift Cards expire two years after date of issue.

Can I get a refund of the Gift Card if I have not spent it?

What is Raise Rewards?

Raise Rewards is our loyalty program for our customers. You earn Raise Points when you make qualifying purchases and can use your Raise Points to redeem discount coupons to offset your subsequent purchases.

How do I sign up for Raise Rewards?

Simply create a user account with your name and email address, and you will be enrolled in our Raise Rewards program.

Does my Raise Points expire?

Raise Points do not expire but we recommend that you redeem your Raise Points whenever you can in order to save more!

Is it possible to grow more hair back?

Yes, it is possible. Effective hair loss treatments can preserve existing hair and prevent further loss. Hair regrowth is more likely for recently lost hair. The key is to be consistent and stick to the treatment routine. Starting treatment early improves the chances of significant growth.

Does nutrition affect hair loss?

Your diet affects your hair, which consists of a protein called keratin. A balanced diet supports keratin production and provides essential vitamins and minerals. Some foods also have trace amounts of DHT-blockers, which may reduce hair loss and improve your mood.

Should I shampoo every day?

Washing and caring for your hair keeps it healthy. Daily shampooing does not cause hair loss, unless you use very hot water or harsh shampoo. These can damage your hair and scalp.

What is considered normal hair loss? How can I overcome hair loss?

Normal hair loss is losing about 50 to 100 hairs daily as part of natural hair growth and shedding. You may not notice the hair loss amount, especially with short hair. But large clumps, bald spots, or thinning hair indicate excessive hair loss.

The key to treating hair loss is taking early action - maintaining hair is much easier than regrowing it. Be proactive and start treatment early if you notice any early signs of balding. This will give you the best outcome possible.

Should I cut my hair short?
