Raise Wellness is a Singapore company that helps people deal with thinning hair at home. We develop our own Raise range (shampoo, tonic, HairShield Supplement and boosters) and we are an authorised reseller of science-backed devices such as Theradome laser helmets and the Hairguard Growband Pro.

We group these into three programmes matched to your stage of hair loss, so you only buy what you need.

Yes. Our formulas use patented ingredients that have been tested in published or manufacturer clinical studies, such as Capixyl™ and Trichogen® in our topicals and Pomanox®, AnaGain™ Nu, Brocconin™ and KSM-66® in HairShield. Theradome helmets are FDA-cleared. Results vary from person to person, and we explain what each study found on the product pages.

Yes. The Raise range, HairShield Supplement, Growband Pro and Theradome helmets can be used by both women and men. Women’s thinning usually shows as a widening part; our free assessment uses the Ludwig scale to match you to the right routine.

Hair grows slowly, so give any routine at least three months of consistent use. Some shedding of weaker hairs in the first weeks can be normal. Visible changes in density usually take three to six months, and results vary between individuals.

Every product is bought individually, so you can start small and add steps later.

It combines two topicals with nutrition from within. The Hair Fall Control Shampoo cleanses the scalp and the leave-on Hair Fall Control Tonic delivers active ingredients to the follicles. HairShield Supplement supports hair from the inside. Together they target common contributors to hair loss such as scalp build-up, poor circulation, DHT and nutrient gaps.

Yes. Our shampoo and tonic are free of sulfates, parabens and phthalates, and are made in GMP-, HACCP- and ISO-certified facilities. HairShield Supplement contains no preservatives, is notified under Singapore’s HSA Voluntary Notification System (VNS-2025-11-00359), and every batch is independently tested by SGS.

Theradome helmets are FDA-cleared. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are on prescription treatment, please check with your doctor first.

Supplements can help when hair thinning is linked to stress, nutrient gaps or poor scalp health. They do not replace medical treatment for hair loss caused by genetics, hormones or illness.

HairShield Supplement combines four patented, clinically studied ingredients with vitamins and minerals such as biotin, zinc and copper to support hair density, strength and colour.

Boosters are add-ons that make your routine work harder: the Filtered Showerhead (cleaner water for your scalp), the Hair Growth Boost Scalp Roller (weekly micro-needling) and the Scalp Massager. They work alongside any of our programmes.

Our products are cosmetic and non-prescription. If you’re on prescription treatment for hair loss, or have a medical condition, please check with your doctor before adding anything new.

Theradome PRO LH80 and EVO LH40 are FDA-cleared, at-home laser helmets for men and women with thinning hair. Theradome is optional in Regrow Accelerator and the core of Preserve & Maintain. Each helmet comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.

It lets you try a Theradome helmet for six months before committing. You pay the full retail price upfront. At the end of six months you can keep the helmet and receive a 20% loyalty refund, or return it and get 60% of your payment back.

Yes. You can return the Growband Pro within 60 days of delivery for a partial refund: 80% of the price paid for unopened units, or 60% for used units. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are on the Growband Pro page.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayNow. You can also split your payment with Atome or Grab PayLater.

We don’t store your card details. Card payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments on PCI-compliant servers.

Yes. Choose Atome or Grab PayLater at checkout for interest-free instalments, or pay with a DBS, OCBC or UOB credit card and convert the purchase into a 0% interest instalment plan with your bank. Eligibility and terms are set by each provider. See all options.

Delivery within Singapore is free on every order until further notice. All orders are sent in tracked packages.

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Singapore then usually takes 2–5 business days. We’ll email you the carrier and tracking number once your order ships.

Selected products, such as the Growband Pro, can be shipped to Malaysia (3–8 business days), Taiwan (5–8 business days), the Philippines (5–8 business days) and Australia (8–15 business days). Where a product ships overseas, delivery fees are shown at checkout. International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), so any import duties and taxes are paid on delivery. We’ll email you the carrier name and a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipping. If there’s no movement after 48 hours, email us at contact@raisewell.com.sg.

Email us at contact@raisewell.com.sg as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need, such as a corrected shipping address. Orders usually start processing within 12 hours, so we can’t always make changes once an order is packed, but we’ll do our best to help.

Unused goods in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale items, opened health or hygiene products and items past their expiry date can’t be returned. No. Top-ups aren’t available and gift cards can’t be used to buy other gift cards. You can check your balance using the link in your gift card email.

Yes. You can use more than one gift card in a purchase, and pay any remaining amount with another payment method.

Look at where the thinning is. A receding hairline at the temples or thinning at the crown usually points to pattern hair loss in men; a widening part is the common pattern in women. Sudden or patchy loss is more often linked to stress or illness and is worth checking with a doctor.

Often, yes, especially for hair lost recently. Treatment works best when you start early and stay consistent; preserving the hair you have is easier than regrowing what’s lost.

Losing around 50 to 100 hairs a day is a normal part of the hair growth cycle. Clumps of hair, bald patches or visible thinning suggest excessive hair loss, and it’s worth acting early.

Yes. Hair is made of a protein called keratin, so a balanced diet with enough protein, iron, zinc and B vitamins supports healthy growth. Deficiencies can contribute to shedding.

Daily washing doesn’t cause hair loss, as long as you use a gentle shampoo and avoid very hot water, which can irritate the scalp.
