Singapore deliveries

• For a limited time, delivery fees are waived.
• Outside the promotional period, a delivery fee of SGD 5 applies to orders below SGD 50.
• Outside the promotional period, delivery is free for orders of SGD 50 or more.
• Orders are shipped in tracked packages. We will provide the carrier name and tracking number once your order has shipped.
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

International deliveries

International shipping is available for selected products only, to Malaysia, Taiwan, the Philippines and Australia. Where a product can be shipped overseas, this is stated on its product page and the shipping fee is shown at checkout.

• Malaysia: estimated delivery in 3–8 business days.
• Taiwan: estimated delivery in 5–8 business days.
• Philippines: estimated delivery in 5–8 business days.
• Australia: estimated delivery in 8–15 business days.

Shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis — customers are responsible for settling any applicable import duties and taxes upon delivery.
