Refunds Policy

When you buy any product from Raise Wellness Pte. Ltd., these terms shall apply.

 

INTERPRETATION

When a word starts with a capital letter, it has a specific meaning as defined below. These meanings do not change even if the word is used in singular or plural form.

 

DEFINITIONS

This Refunds policy applies the following definitions: 

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Raise Wellness Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202300432W)
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Website
  • Orders refer to the items offered for sale on the Website
  • Subscriptions refer to the items offered for sale on the Website on a recurring basis
  • Website refers to www.raisewell.com.sg

 

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER 

You can cancel your Order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the Goods or having someone else receive the Goods for you, who is not the delivery person. To cancel your Order, you need to tell the Company clearly by filling out the refund request on the Website or by emailing the refund request to service@raisewell.com.sg

The Company will refund you within 28 days of receiving the returned Goods. The Company will use the same payment method that you used for the Order and you will not be charged any fees for the refund.

 

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION 

You can cancel your Subscription anytime for any reason. To cancel your Subscription, you have to go to the Website customer portal and manage your Subscription there. If you need any assistance, please send a request to service@raisewell.com.sg

The Company will endeavour to reply to all questions within 7 days of receipt.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUNDS 

To return the Goods, please ensure that 

  • You bought the Goods within the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in their original packaging
  • The Goods have not been altered or damaged

 

You cannot return the following Goods: 

  • Goods that were custom-made or clearly personalized for you
  • Goods that were on sale. Only full-priced goods can be refunded
  • Goods that have a short shelf life or are past their expiry date
  • Goods that are for health or hygiene reasons and/ or were opened after delivery
  • Goods that are mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated 

 

The Company may reject any product that does not meet the return requirements at the Company's sole discretion.

 

RETURNING GOODS

You are solely responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to the Company. You should send the Goods to the following address:

The operating hours are: 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

The Company cannot be held responsible for Goods that are damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, the Company recommends a trackable doorstep delivery service. The Company is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
