Step 1: Dampen hair with water. Massage an appropriate amount of Raise Hair Fall Control Shampoo into scalp with fingertips for 1 to 2 minutes to form a gentle lather. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 2: After shampoo, towel-dry, and part hair in sections. Shake bottle before use. Spray Raise Hair Fall Control Tonic directly on scalp. Gently massage with fingertips. Leave on.
Step 3: Take 1 or 2 Raise HairShield Supplement capsules per day, or as advised by your healthcare practitioner.
