If Growband Pro isn't right for you, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a partial refund: 80% of the price paid for unopened units (20% restocking fee), or 60% for used units (40% returns fee). Step 0: Ensure Growband Pro is fully charged before 1st use. Connect the charging cable and wait until the indicator shows a full battery.
Step 1: Place Growband comfortably around your head, ensuring the padded sections rest evenly on the scalp. Adjust the straps for a secure but gently fit.
Step 2: Power on the device. The internal air bladder will begin to inflate gradually, lifting the scalp and relieving tension across key areas.
Step 3: Sit back, read, or unwind while Growband works hands-free. Default session duration is 20 minutes.
Step 4: The device will shut off automatically at the end of the session. If needed, you can manually stop the session at any time.
Step 5: If necessary, wipe down the device with a dry cloth after use. Store it in the provided case in a cool, dry place.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. For Singapore orders that came with the complimentary HairShield Supplement packs, the gift must be returned unopened together with the device.
