SHIPPING POLICY
Singapore deliveries
- For a limited time, delivery fees are waived.
- Outside the promotional period, a delivery fee of SGD 5 applies to orders below SGD 50.
- Outside the promotional period, delivery is free for orders of SGD 50 or more.
- Orders are shipped in tracked packages. We will provide the carrier name and tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
International deliveries
- Malaysia (selected products only): estimated delivery in 3–8 business days.
- Taiwan (selected products only): estimated delivery in 5–8 business days.
Shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis — customers are responsible for settling any applicable import duties and taxes upon delivery.
